This message will include a text message that asks for your permission to continue text communications with a “YES” and then states, "Message and data rates may apply," "Message frequency may vary," and you can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time." The types of messages sent will include conversational messages and status updates. Additionally, Pandox can collect an opt-in verbally from you, either in person at our physical location or over a phone call. When you are registered for the first time, you will be asked to provide your phone number, and staff is trained to ask if you would like to opt in to SMS-based notifications. You will be verbally informed that "Message and data rates may apply," "Message frequency may vary," and you can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time." The types of messages sent will include conversational messages and status updates. On average, you can expect to receive daily or weekly messages regarding your situation until a solution is completed or you no longer want to work with us.

If you no longer wish to receive these text messages or E-mails from us, you can opt out at any time by replying with the word “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any text message you receive from us or email received from us.
